Schedule a consultation! During your appointment, your Elevé provider will evaluate your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and create a customized treatment plan designed specifically for you. 

We offer treatments to anyone aged 13 years and up. For minors, we require that a parent or legal guardian book on their behalf and be present during treatment. Valid photo ID is required for both parent/legal guardian and minor. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. Appointments canceled without proper notice will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. 

 All Elevé treatments are performed by licensed and highly trained professionals under the supervision of board-certified physicians. Every Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Laser Specialist, and Aesthetician receives extensive ongoing training in Elevé treatments, techniques, and protocols to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care.
